Release: Velocity Docker Integration v0.1.0-alpha.4

- Added Kubernetes support
- Added `/servers` command
- Improved permissions
    - Renamed `docker.notifystatus` to `docker.servers.notify.<provider>.<server>`
    - Removed `docker.compose.deploy.<type>`

**BREAKING CHANGE:** The `labels` section of the config has been replaced
by the new and improved `servers` section and must manually be updated,
the [default config](https://git.got2.duckdns.org/TheSuperGamer20578/velocity-docker/-/blob/v0.1.0-alpha.4/src/main/resources/config.yml)
can be used as an example.
